We are not a credit repair organization. Credit Repair companies specialize in disputing items and deal exclusively with credit bureaus (Transunion, Experian, and Equifax).
Typically, they will say everything is not yours and cross their fingers on what comes off with the credit bureaus.
Instead, we perform audits to make sure these credit items are compliant with FDCPA regulations.
Our clients submit all the necessary items to pre-qualify them for their mortgage, such as:
2 years of tax returns
2 months bank statements
30 days of pay stubs
This goes to our mortgage vendors who understand our program and work with us.
They give a pre-qualification based on your income and debt.

Our network is nationwide so if you want to buy a home in an area that we do not have someone currently working, we can always recruit local realtors.
